Miami

Biscayne Bay, between the city of Miami and Miami Beach. This project generates urban form in the analog of oolitic limestone underlying South Florida. Filtration and porosity inspire the creation of variable shorelines through time, affected by not only topography, but also various energy inputs of tidal flux, cruise ship activity, and human visitation.
